Guadalupe  River RV Resort is an absolute gem in the heart of the Hill Country in Texas.  It is located right on Highway 27 between Kerrville and Ingram.  It is very close to Kerrville where you can find anything you could possibly want.  There are wonderful stores, medical facilities, culture and activities. There are two grocery stores and a Walmart a few miles up the road so the Guadualupe River RV Resort is the optimum when looking for convenience.

It is a lovely park with  202 large sites including 140 pull through sites  and the park is located on the banks of the Guadalupe River.  There are sites that are close to the river but there is always a large park like area between the actual sites and river.  The park area is quiet, tranquil and has wooden swings where you can sit and watch the river flow by.

Kerrville is an area full of winter texans and many senior citizens.  Go in any store and you readily see the mature population is a large majority of the makeup of the city.  As a result Kerrville offers many activities that attract seniors and is a great place to enjoy a home away from home.  It is also an easy drive to Frederickburg, a german settlement and tourism city, and Bandera which calls itself the Cowboy Capital of the World.  Bandera has western style restaurants and shops.  Kerrville is also 65 miles from San Antonio for those wanting to visit the Riverwalk, a sporting event or one of the many events happening in the city.

They do have paid wifi and it is great!  They have 12 towers throughout the park so there is ample signal for all.  The park is large, has 3 pools including 1 indoors. There is a large pavilion and meeting room.  They offer a bar with live music on weekends. There are bathrooms and shower facilites located throughout the park.  They are clean and regularly maintained.

The office people are very professional and friendly.  It is a very busy park with travellers constanly going and coming.

The rates are divided into basic, premium and river sites and range from $34-44 per night, $210.00-$270.00 per week and $395.00-$535.00 per month.  There is an additonal metered charge for electricity when staying monthly.  Guadalupe also offers rentals of cabins and cottages within the park.

No matter what season of the year you visit the Hill Country there is something for everyone.  If you are looking for a nice, clean modern park the Guadualupe RV Resort should be at the top of your list.  You will not regret your stay!
